Those 2 guys trying to help the girl escape the transporter ended up in his trunk when he made the delivery and then his car exploded. Did he get those 2 killed by throwing them in his trunk.

I don't even know why he put them in his trunk. What was he planning on doing with them? He could have just moved their unconscious bodies down the slope of the hill so they wouldn't be visible from the road.
