This is arguably the most ridiculous-in-a-good-way movie I've ever seen. It's so over-the-top it's hard to pick the most ridiculous moment, but I'll try:
Turkish is hanging on for dear life on the moving truck's undercarriage and throws the tire iron in the face of Ric Young's driver. Made me laugh harder than any other scene.
Come oooon...obviously when he kissed the dead guy underwater!!!

Two favourite moments:
1-When Frank is walking to his car before it explodes, and you see his shocked face for a minute, then in the next shot you're looking through the keyhole of the mansion of the bombers and you see Frank just roundhouse kick the door in. Gets me every time.
2-Frank's fight in the mansion hallway with those two guys with axes on either side of him. Just absolutely, ridiculously hilarious.

The two Mercedeses that instantly exploded in a huge fireball was the most ridiculous moment for me in that movie.
The launched rockets at his house come second. How one of them only used the open doors to get far into the house - rofl.
The girl tied on the chair on his back seat was ace too. But I actually didnt think about how she managed to get there by herself before I read the comment about that here - lol.
