As my hearing isn't what it should be, am I right when I understood that Romain, the hotel casanova, is married with kids ? and that his wife knows about his fling with Julie ? and the others (the chambermaid, the receptionist) ? She doesn't seem to mind - or maybe I didn't get it ?

In the car, at the end of the film, Romain rejoins his wife after his peccadilloes, greets his two kids and smiles sweetly: we're left to assume, albeit subtly, that his wife is used to his escapades; she offers to speak to Romain's latest conquest about him and his habits - maybe she's at it too!! I think it's called 'an open relationship'!!!

shareThat is one interpretation. Other is that Maxine (that is the name of the casanova, not Romain) is divorced, but could not tell Julie about it. A few minutes later in the movie, Julie wonders how she is going to tell Maxine that SHE has a baby. So both of them have kids, and neither has mentioned them to the other.
