It's Ottman's "Jean Grey theme". It pops out many time on the soundtrack.
"We're here to stay" is a good example.
True, "We're here to stay" is the best one I could find, but it still doesn't focus enough on it. I wish the song could be isolated from those scenes I mentioned, or have it be it's own song in the soundtrack, rather than spread it out.
