If anything, it's probably about the same. He said in the finale that Turk loves Carla and him about the same, so he probably loves Elliot and Turk equally too.

Not buying it, J.D.
He definitely loves Turk more than anyone else in the world, Elliot included. Now, if we ask ourselves whether Turkleton loves Vanilla Bear or Carla more, that's a real challenge.
