So, is she cheating on Cox with a bunch of different guys, or is she more of a major flirt? When she is talking about her abortion, was she talking about Cox and his Best friend?
shareI think it's left open to interpretation. The basic implicaiton that I got is that she likes to flirt around and mess with him like she's cheating on him, but really she's all for Perry.
Especially once the two parter "My Soul on Fire" rolls around where they admit that they're both fronting that they hate each other.

Seeing as how she hopped into bed with JD the moment she met him, I'd say that she's capable of it. Actually doing it more than a time or two is another matter.
