I get that her character is supposed to snarky, but a majority of the time she came across as down right evil. She only cared about her kids if they weren't around her. Its a wonder she didn't kill them so she could have more "me" time.

shareCarla never would've ended up with Dr Cox. Remember, they did go on a date once and it was the worst date they had both ever been on. I assume this is because Carla needs someone she can control more than Dr Cox would let her. Also, she needs more intimacy/being a decent human being than Dr Cox ever would've been able to give.
I'm with the love Jordan crowd. She has some really sweet moments when she's not being a complete witch. It's probably the fact they are few and far between, and her actually showing real humanity is what makes them so great.
You could say the same about Kelso.
Their evilness was what was hilarious about them, and therefore, how could I possible hate them? :)
Jordan was not too mean. She has her moments like when J.D. asks her to break up with the malpractice chick for him. Jordan treated Elliot as the show went on. Like when she told Elliot that Perry hates that she stands up to him.
