Just finished a second, full series run through
My wife and I fell in love with Scrubs when it was on the air and enjoyed the whole thing together. At the beginning of the summer, we decided to watch the whole thing again with our daughters (it's on Netflix). They loved it and we loved it all over again.
Tonight we finally got to the series finale (season 8). Man, it was even harder to say goodbye a second time. It's been a couple of hours and I still feel choked up. Why must good things end?
We actually went ahead and watched the first episode of the weird sequel series/season ("Med School") too just because we sort of needed an immediate promise that life goes of for the characters (even though that experiment is clearly not on-level with the real show).
This show will always be one of my favorites. I wonder if we'll ever run through it again a few years down the line.
