Just curious, I seem to remember an episode where Heathcliff is fighting someone in a boxing ring and Riff Raff is in the audience I don't believe they actually said anything to eachother though, but not sure.

The only time I can recall seeing them together, ever was during the end credits where Heathcliff is wearing Riff Raff's hat and Riff Raff snatches it off his head.
I thought it was kind of weird they never teamed up or crossed paths during the actual show since they shared the same three sidekicks: Hector, Wordsworth and Mungo.

Yes, You do see him in the episode where Heathcliff fights in a boxing/wrestling ring as part of the crowd but it's a non-speaking cameo sort of like all the ones Inspector Gadget had.
