Jana Pallaske .... Kittie

Not sure about websites and stuff like that but several of her movies are available on DVD at amazon.de, e.g. "alaska.de", "Engel + Joe" and "Baader".

The problem is that they are all a.) region 2 encoded and b.) in German only.

Jana's debut "alaska.de" is doubtlessly the best of the bunch, a very interesting low-budget youth-drama shot on (if I remember correctly) digital video with a cast consisting of amateurs only.

The 2001 production "Engel + Joe" might have been similarly good if it wasn't for the terribly miscast male lead Robert Stadlober. However, it remains your go-to flick in terms of nudity. Plus: It also stars Nadja Bobyleva, one of my personal favorites.

Last but not least, "Baader" is a well-made (if seriously flawed) politthriller in which Jana only plays a small supporting role.

Anyway, on the idea of it being a bad movie. Yes I agree it is not the best around. But to all the adrenaline junkies out there, this was something. It gave us some new ideas for new stunts.

So all I can think of is that the critics out there are a bunch of couch potatoes with nothing else to do! Let the guys who appreciate this type of movie have it. It is the most you can do. We don't sit around watching stuff like 'Steel Magnolias'. We are out there doing what most are to afraid to do.
