I figure a guy like him would have become a party promoter or activities director on a cruse ship or at a resort hotel.

Then he got a job as a nurse in a hospital but he didnt like it so he became a trained vampire killer but that didnt work out either so he left that and worked at a theme park but the quite life went to his head and he went insane and discovered he had heightened agility and reflexes so he trained himself with swords and became a mercenary for the government however, they tested on him and gave him super powers but some big scruffy guy decapitated his ass. However his healing ability kept him alive long enough to fight crime with a magic green ring while at the same time, being an insane mercenary with swords in his arms.

Thats what happened to Van Wilder after he graduated.

I always thought he'd get the same job Ryan Reynolds has in the film Just Friends.
He'd probably be something like that.
