I have a question...

I went home for the weekend, and my dad has a friend who lends him like 30 DVDs a month. He is extremely wealthy and he buys EVERYTHING, even Scooby Doo and Jason X. Anyways, I saw this movie sitting there and decided to watch it since I was bored. It was a decent film. Maybe a 6/10.

My question is: On the cover of the DVD, there is a helicopter with an explosion in the background. This made me assume they were going to try to escape from the prison, but it never happened. There was no helicoptor or big explosion in the film. WHY WAS IT ON THE COVER OF THE DVD?

I have a hint for you. This movie is absolutely horrible and they put it on there to sucker you into watching it. And thanks for the info on your dad's friend. Im glad he's doing well on cash and stuff. Maybe you can congratulate him for me on the expansive DVD collection of his. I still dont think that it justifies your bad taste in movies though.

The Canadian version has no explosion on the cover. Guess the publisher was more honest.

The only helicopter I saw was when "the Iceman" (Rhames) was going to Sweetwater Prison.

The helicopters on the front are not actually blown up. It just shows two helicopter with flames around it and armed gaurds below the helicopters. The helicopters & armed guards were in the movie..I have no idea what the flames represent.

As far as what the explosion on the DVD cover art represents, I'm not too sure on that one either but here's what I think the most logical possibilies are:

1)Represents the pyrotechnics/fireworks that are used at major sporting events.

2)Explosion represents the heated hatred the two fighters have between one another.

3)The fact that the main event showdown keeps you on the edge of your seat.

There is the picture for this lousy DVD. This DVD was awful. No special features, no commentary, no anything. They were too cheap to even add subtitles.
I think the fire had something to do with the fights in the prison
