How and the hell do I beat this? I have been stuck on this forever, to the point where I stopped playing the game. I keep running out of time on the second to last one. What is the most efficient way of beating it?

LOL All you gotta do is follow that simple advice listed above, I also figured that "advice" on my own after failing the mission like once or twice the first night I got to it. lol NOT HARD AT ALL IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT.

They kinda emphasize that the time doesn't start UNTIL you blow up the first one. Which pretty much gives u all the time in the world to find all the the stands and figure out a route.

As the others have said if you go around all the islands and find the stands then it makes it a lot easier
And also start from Portland and work your way through the islands that way you aren't backtracking or anything
I also hope I dont offend anyone, but again, as others said, make sure you FIND all 8 first! I think there is 3/3 and 2 in portland, I could be wrong, start at Portland and go from there. MY main issue was dicks blowing up my car in portland, besides that, pretty easy.
(I remember being stuck at that mission where you blow the plane up, forever I couldnt figure out where to go until I read screw the boat, just go to the airport with your car. Much easier!)
