Speech bubble censorship

Something about the TV broadcasts of this film (at least in the UK, I'm not sure if it happens in America too) has bugged me quite a bit, and I was wondering if anyone could explain it for me. Basically, I've noticed that during the scenes showing the Ugly Duckling book, the speech bubble containing the words "I'm lost" is blanked out. I can only find one LJ page mentioning it, and nothing else online. Has anyone else here noticed it, and do they know why it's blanked out? Any help here would be appreciated!

They are probably showing the international version (with English audio) on television. It's blanked out so that it can be filled in with the correct language wherever they are showing it. Why they haven't added anything, or why they aren't just showing the real ENG version is beyond my understanding.
