any significance to the license plate??

Sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't feel like sorting through lots of threads :D

When Stitch builds San Francisco in Lilo's room, you can (barely) see a Hawaiian license plate to the right hand side, it says A113...

Later in the movie, there is another license plate that says the same thing.

Any significance to this? Does it say something that I'm just not getting?

A113 referrs to the classroom number used by lots of graphic design and character animation students.
