Does anyone know when this is gonna gome out on Blu Ray??
Its my favorite!
bump
shareNo idea mate, but trust me, you're not the only one on the waiting list.
shareWith bluray becoming more popular and disney trying to release what seems like 6 animated titles a year, I think this has a shot at comming out in the next 5 years or so, but considering that Chris Sanders was fired from Disney and they didn't promote this film when it came out for its big wave edition. I would also like to say that it will most likely not comeback out for atleast 7 years.
But thats my oppinion.
Would you light my candle?
I don't know about 7 years time. Blu-ray is continuing to become more popular and in addition to their range of "Diamond Edition" films which include the likes of Snow White and Beauty and the Beast, Disney is starting to release more of their classic films on Blu-ray outside this range, the first of which being Dumbo next year. Stitch is also rapidly becoming popular again, with new merchandise still coming up for sale at Disney stores, and the Stitch Japanese anime series being dubbed into English in some other countries. I predict the Lilo and Stitch Blu-ray will come some time in 2012 for the film's 10th anniversary.
shareWait, how did Chris Sanders get fired? What did he do wrong? What made him got fired from Disney?
Fangirl of Planet 51, Open Season, Kung Fu Panda, Surf's Up and Monsters Vs Aliens! :D

one word. Bolt!
At first Bolt! Was Chris Sanders movie
But the Disney people
Said he needed to change it. Chris Sanders say no I like it as is.
Disney says we hate it your fired. Then Disney changed it.
or
something like that
There is a blu ray version of Lilo & Stitch coming out July 11 2013.
shareAccording to an early review on Amazon.com, if you want special features, almost everything that was on the 'Big Wave Edition' a few years ago is gone.
Supposedly, the L&S release is a 2-disc release with the first film on one, and the sequel on another.
"Thanks, guys." "So long, partner."
- Toy Story 3 (9/10)
There are three discs. The first is the Blu-Ray. It has only the two movies on it, no features at all, including commentary.
The second and third are the DVDs of the two movies. They are the original one-disc DVDs with a new, gray/boring cover. They even have the original "Sneak Peaks" from the original releases, which makes them ... odd.
I'm happy it's finally out in BR. I'm confused though why I can't have the movie and the commentary (or any features) on the same disc.
