What happened to The New Tomorrow!?

I am not an expert as I have never seen the show put will take a stab at answering some of your questions.

If I get anything incorrect feel free to correct me.

From what I can find out The Tribe was canceled do to the fact that it was no longer filling it’s demographics of 8 to 12 year old kids. As the actors got older the story line became more mature. The audience stayed loyal as they too were growing older. This concerned Channel Five in the UK as they specifically needed a show for 8 to 12 year old kids. Not willing to continue financing an older demographics show, Channel Five pulled it’s financial support of The Tribe, to the dismay of all of it’s loyal and devoted fans.

Cloud 9, trying to fulfill Channels Five’s target audience for 8 to 12 year olds and stick with The Tribe’s success came up with The New Tomorrow.

The New Tomorrow (TNT) is set in an unspecified future where only very young kids live together in tribes to make a new world with no adults…sound familiar?

There were only 26 episodes. It premiered on September 17, 2005 on Australia's - Seven Network and on October 2, 2005 on Channel Five - UK.

As far as I can tell it has never been released on DVD and I am unsure if it ever aired here in the USA.
