Yeah I prefered Trudy early on, sure she was a crazy b!tch, but the character had depth. She was too clingy and annoying (and with the abandonment issues) in S5.

Shes always been crazy and ive never particularly like ehr, she was quite annoying, but at the same time ive never hated her either :S maybe because shes an 'oldie' or has been in it from the beginning.
Anyone remember when she fed Lex that rat! eurhg i think that was when she was with the guardian. Eww!

I disagree. I think she had every right to be hurt and mad at Jay and Amber. They *did* betray her, especially Jay who kept her in the dark about his true feelings for weeks (I assume - I can't quite figure out time in the Tribe universe) and let her suffer and worry about him back at the Mall.
And for all of Amber's high-and-mighty behavior, it's interesting how often she has kissed Jay while he was in a relationship with another person. I guess the reason I don't blame him as much is because he's a needy puppy with no real personality, but with Amber standing on such a moral high ground, you'd think she'd keep herself in check, or at least judge herself as harshly as she does other people.
I do agree that Trudy was stupid when she started to trust Mega and slipped up to him. She's a real slow learner in some things.

I've always been a big fan of Trudy, but i can see why people didn't like her during the earlier seasons, but she wasn't that bad during the second half of season 1.
shareTrudy was one of the most interesting characters in season one. She grew and developed more than anyone else. She went from pitiful & pathetic, to psycho b!tch, to a good person... and it all seemed like a natural transition. Good writing and good acting.
shareAlthough Trudy’s character did drive me crazy I certainly realize that Antonia Prebble’s is a great actress. Not many people at her age could successfully pull off the parts she had to play.
I agree Toni was a great actress. I also loved her transition in Season 1, her change was such a complete turnover and she became very likeable towards the second half of the first season.
