Per IMDB, there filmed in Auckland, New Zealand. I'm sure like the rest of us they have bills to pay and a paying job is a paying job. Many have worked on this show and have then moved on to other shows. Like Antonia Prebble has moved on to doing "Outrageous Fortune" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0461097/ and Dwayne Cameron, Beth Allen and Fleur Saville moved on to "Shortland Street" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098911/, but I do know what your saying. But not all the New Zealand shows are shown all over like the power rangers are, so we do not get to see all the shows there on.
