series 3 episode 48/49

so i have it on dvd. After watching episode 48 i put on 49, where amber was magically freed Ebony was in charge of the city. WHen did this all happen??? im so confused.

So you didn't see the episode where the Guardian killed Ned and attacked Amber and Trudy in the school?
