Are there any computer games similar to the tribe that anyone knows about?

I like The World Ends With You.. but it's not similar to The Tribe.. aside from both things taking place in a city.
If any game resembles The Tribe it would be Jet Set Radio (Jet Grind Radio) for the Sega Dreamcast.
