I'm not sure if this movie is all that much like "It's All About Love," but to me it has the same haunting, beautiful, lyric effect, and it's about love and perseverance in a time of a future dystopia: "Code 42" (Tim Robbins and Samantha Morton).
Also, maybe "Never Let Me Go"

I've seen "Code 42" and "Never let Me Go" and i must let you know that in my opinion both of them are better than "Upside Down"...
And i don't know if you have seen any of these movies that i have listed below, but if not, give them a chance (i think that they match your taste that you have described above)... i'm sure that you wont be disappointed
