I noticed that there is same thing, that we can see in Darkness and Event Horizon.
Something infernal, satanic which can take different forms and delude people.
Characters in both films talk about pure evil and chaos, both films about hell/darkness and infernal theme, evil in both films can take any form, human or transport and both films about hellconduction to our universe(ritual or spaceship, which has conducted infernal evil into our universe)
