I got confused at the end. One scene was showing the brother and sister escaping in the boyfriends car. The other scene showed them trapped in the house with the mother turning into some kind of demon? Please explain
When they get into Carlos' car, the scene cuts back to the house and Carlos just getting there. You hear Regina say in a sultry tone of voice to come up the stairs, then it goes back to Regina and Paul in the car. Paul says the darkness is tricking and lying to us. Then Regina says, not anymore, we're safe. Carlos says "no" in a demonic voice. Both Carlos and Regina were duped by the scary old lady demons.
