Good movie ruined by a crappy ending. *Spoilers*

I never saw the Theatrical version but, I think the Unrated version is actually quite entertaining. BNut, why does EVERY freakin horror flick have to have an unhappy ending?

I think most horror films actually have a happy ending, so I was quite relieved that this film has a unhappy ending for a change.

There's enough movies out there with happy endings, I don't mind a downer.

Unlike a lot of other people here, the ending of this movie didn't bug me at all, but a lot of stuff I had to sit through to get there sure did.

Up until about twenty years ago, it was very unusual for horror films to end unhappily. I'd agree with you that this situation has pulled a 180 now, and I dislike it too.

I was glad it ended unhappily. I get sick of the, "It's OK now. We're safe," bull that most horror films end with.

I know this is 3 years late but your screen name made me laugh.

lol Thank you! I think it was ChainsawQuartet back when I made this post...

And to be honest, I like the film's ending now.

Did it make you laugh because you got the reference? (Easy A scene.)
