Help with one of the movies that was on here as most other posts here

Ive been thinking about this movie for quite some time but never really thought imdb would have a page for this so this is awesome and gives me new hope to possibly figure out this movie. i only remember one part of it i was young and super tired before this movie came on but anyways the part i remember is... well first it was a horror movie or it had to be by what im about to explain so anyways it is a guy and he gets into this car with a chick and she if i remember correctly is either passed out and the guy takes his hand into her shirt and starts feeling on her breasts and something attacks his hand with the next camera shot panning away from the car as he is screaming. If that isnt exactly correct the woman possibly is not passed out and seduces him and then when he starts feeling in on her boobs under her shirt then the same thing i already explained happens. any help would be appreciated.
