The scene showing the evolution of the planet
We see forests come and go, and even glaciers, but what caught my eye was the geographic changes, seeing the creation of massive canyons and changing landscapes. He jumps forward in time 800k years, a lot mind you, but we are taught since middle school that geographic changes like they depict often take tens of millions of years, not hundreds of thousands. Is this just overlooked to create a visually interesting scene, or would the change in our moon initiate such a radical change to the processes?
