One of my favorite film scores!

I love the score by Klaus Badelt, it's beautiful and sets such a good tone for the film. The film might have its issues but its a guilty pleasure of mine and because of it it's made Klaus one of my favorite film composers. Surprised no one has mentioned the score for this film!

I came to this board to write exactly that! The soundtrack is amazingly epic and atmospheric and absolutely beautiful. My favorite tracks are (4) The Time Machine and (8) Eloi.
The movie may be far from perfect, and I'd still prefer the original one from 1960, but I liked it anyway and already the music alone lifted the quality and storytelling of it.

I honestly think this enjoyable remake isn't lauded enough for the auditory marvels of Klaus Badelt. I also highly recommend his work on Wu Ji (The Promise) which you probably already know :-)

I Like Track (6) I Don't Belong Here.

While I think the journey through time worked better in the original, it was much more restrictive to just where George lived. Seeing the Global Journey in the remake was nice, but having that score with it, made that whole sequence was brilliant.
