Troy Folger

The man with the juice at the many CIA table scenes. The one who seems sympathetic to Muir, seems to know him from way back. The guy who tells Harker to leave Digger out of it. I always wondered who the actor was -- not a real recognizable face. Then when I checked on IMDb, I was amused to see he was in another movie I love and have seen a dozen times: Die Hard with a Vengeance.

Can you place him? He's NYPD lieutenant Walter Cobb, the one who runs McClane's squad and calls him a "toilet bug" in a phone call with Simon. The two characters -- Folger and Cobb -- barely look alike even though the films are only 6 years apart.

Surprised the hell out of me.

He gives a very credible performance as the C.I.A. guy upstairs. The film wouldn't have been as good as it is, without his performance and a lot of the other support players. But he does stand out IMO.

There are times that he just raises an eyebrow, - brilliant acting and direction, same with the Wilson character, ie, when Muir says, near the end... "he's well trained...".
