"other chopper"? Only one chopper was used in the scenes immediately after the rescue. It was filmed in Budapest, and if you look at the extra seated next to EH, it is the same one who is seen next to TB in the next scene! It would be too expensive and too dangerous to have two helos on the roof of the "prison" at the same time.
The scene at the very end, showing two of them flying away, back to ... wherever, was shot near Vancouver. Plenty of air space, safe now.
