I came home from work tonite hoping to relax and watch some t.v. but I ended up watching this gem of a film on AMC and started getting all emotional and teary-eyed.
I could never quite figure out why so many scenes in this movie get to me the way they do. As I've said before, we all have buttons and I guess this movie pushes the right ones on me.

I think it's the difficult relationship with a parent stuff that most folks can relate to, plus how the whole town steps up and supports him and are all there at the game. I had a steady supply of tissue next to me.
