I've often contended that Elisha Cuthbert in "The Girl Next Door" is the sexiest a woman has ever looked in a single film. One movie, one actress - this is as hot as it gets for me.
Discuss. Seriously, who tops it? She is a just a total friggin knockout in this movie.

Reading through the posts, I have noticed that I am definitely in the minority in thinking that Danielle was not particularly sexy or attractive. Elisha Cuthbert was (and probably still is) very pretty, but while I found the film character rather charming at first, I got tired of her after a while.
The main problem with Danielle was that her manners were rather artificial and deliberately engineered to look sexy - which was perhaps the point since the character was a porn star. She worked to hard to be charming and one gets the feeling that she was teasing and manipulating the boy. Even scratching the porn star part, I doubt in real life I would be attracted to someone like Danielle. I would prefer someone who is naturally attractive and pleasant without deliberately working too hard to be sexy.
I kind of know what you mean in a way. Part of what made her so damn hot and appealing was that there really seemed to be a concentrated effort behind the scenes to make her as appealing as possible in every scene.
I noticed she does this super sexy thing with her tongue in a lot of the scenes where you can see her tongue sneak out between her teeth just a tad. That was obviously intentional and not Elisha just being natural or anything. It’s the model in her coming out. Watch the early scene is the restaurant and you really see it All that being said, i imagine it wasn’t an especially difficult task to mke her look so good LOL. Elisha Cushbert was such a freaking knockout at this point of her career. That combined with the creation of such an appealing character and Elisha Cushbert’s natural charisma and I agree completely with the OP. And it’s amazing how well it holds up 15 years later

Charlize Theron is way sexier. .sorry but that's true. Check out 2 Days in a Valley which is a brilliant film and one of my favorites. Charlize is particularly stunning there.
Also she is gorgeous in Sweet November.
