How is saying 'my caucasian' racist, and why should anyone be fired just for being racist?
Remember that racism, just like sexism - both normal, accepted, everyday practices in this world, I am sure you are guilty of them as well (it's just unfortunate they're ONLY aimed at certain groups, which makes them even more hateful and prejudiced), AND they only refer to the PHYSICAL BODY.
How can you insult someone, if you LIMIT your insult to their temporary physical body? It's like insulting someone's car, it's not really that bad.
