As a big fan of Seinfeld, I apparently learned about it's existence just recently.. it comes to me across a successfull director who couldnt keep his ego from showing his mug on the screen.. so is it any good or just an excuse to put his face on the camera ?

I have never seen a funnier series than CYE. Nothing even comes close.

I appreciate what you said and it is true but don't let that stop you from enjoying one of the best shows ever made.
shareLove this show, one of the funniest ever. The cast is perfect, and the fact that much of the dialogue is improvised is amazing. I've heard Larry David is considering another season, which is great news. HBO is rerunning the entire series, so maybe the new season will be on soon.

If I try to watch Scrubs, Gilmore Girls, or Always Sunny, I feel like banging my head against the wall so I don't have to hear them talk anymore. But those shows are wildly successful with a huge fanbase who funds them funny. De gustibus non est disputandum, eh?
Funny?!?! Best comedy show ever in my opinion. Yes. I'm a huge fan of Seinfeld too but curb edges it out for me. I'm my opinion 2nd best TV show ever made. Breaking bad always comes first. :)
shareI'm a fan of simple comedies like family guy South Park married with children. Curb, however, is probably the funniest show I've seen and you can watch it over and over again.
