Song in View from the Top same as song in Devil Wears Prada

I just watched the View from the Top yesterday and there was the same song used in Devil Wears Prada? Am I right on this or was I just imagining it? I have a pretty good ear. If right, can you tell me which song this is?

I noticed this too... it's a french song... but it isn't on either movies soundtrack. I haven't been able to find anything about it. Does anyone know what it's called or who the artist is?

maybe you're talking about La Vie en Rose? the original is by edith piaf.

I notice this too and I'm pretty sure it comes from part of the "Suite From the Devil Wears Prada" which you can find in the "The Devil Wears Prada" OST.

You are right - Theordore Shapiro is the same composer and if you listen to the suite from Devil Wears Prada Iut starts about 2.5 minutes into the track) you will here the vocal piece that was first used in View from the Top.
