Did it ever play on premium cable?

Some films bypass the premium cable channels (HBO, etc.); this seems to be one of them. Unless anyone's seen it pop up on Starz, Showtime...and then there's the question of general cable.

It begs the question whether there's a concerted effort to bury this one...

It ran on HBO. That's where I saw it. I think they stopped showing it becasue it is in the conversation of worst movie ever made.
