Movie Recommendations

So, I was looking on the August Rush forum, and this was under it's recommendations. And seriously I just don't see how these fit at all. And under this movie's recommendations it has RENT listed (what the heck? this is nothing like that) and Annie Hall. And I'm just like these movies are nothing alike. I would think something like the Nanny Diaries would be listed under this movie's recommendations because they are actually similar movies, and like Au Pair or something. I mean, I'm just wondering what is up with imdb's movie recommendations because I see other movies like The Notebook recommended for practically every rom-com/drama movie on here, as well as tons of other bogus recommendations on here. That system needs some major improvements, or like someone else to do the recommendations because the ones they have are completely horrible.

Wow, gonna add that I was just looking to see what The Notebook recommends and clicked on Brokeback Mountain and under it's recommendations was SCARY MOVIE 4! Like, what the heck! These recommendations are terrible, and I almost think that these are just randomly selected now because who would link those 2 together.
