Ok, we've probably had a thread like this before, but I couldn't find one, so I figured I'd start another. We all know that there were just so many great lines uttered on the show...I'm sure IMDB is going to filter out a lot of them (especially if you're quoting Debbie!), but let's give it a try anyway! To make it even MORE fun, we could try to guess which character said the line. Come on guys, let's play!
Here are a few of my favorites (and these should be easy to guess too!)
"I'm going home to whack off and that's the last anyone needs to hear about it!"
"Now, you can either stand around here eatin' jambalaya, or you can come upstairs and eat my azz!"
Actually, I don't recognize the first one, nor can I guess who said it. But the second one I clearly remember Brian saying it to the Hotlanta guy.
One of my favorite quotes is an exchange of lines between two characters: "I forgot what it was like at your house." "Yeah, that's why I was always over at yours."

I'm going to guess that this was Michael and Brian.
The "whack off" quote was Michael when he was having trouble producing a sperm sample.

I'm going to guess that this was Michael and Brian.
Correct; the episode when Brian's father died (which is my favorite episode/story). I love those two lines because they reveal that, despite all of Brian's practiced cynicism, he yearned to have a family that was more loving than the one he happened to be born into.

Oh, there are so many - I had many laughing out loud moments during watching the show, as well as really moving or heart wrenching ones...
But still, some of my favourites have to be:
Debbie, looking at Brian's and Justin wedding invitation: "There's only one explanation - he must have knocked up Sunshine!"
Brian to Justin helping him remember the prom night: "You walked down with me, back to the Jeep, and we were goofing, we were dancing. I kissed you, said 'later', and then you turned around and smiled. Then I knew why Debbie calls you Sunshine..."
Lindsay and Brian about Gus: "Isn't he a little young for James Dean?" "Well you don't want him watching The Teletubbies. Might make him gay."
And, obviously, this one:
Emmet and Michael looking at Brian and Justin back together after he's done with Ethan and making out at Babylon: "What happened to the fiddler?" "He fell of the roof..."
Yay! I was just coming here to see if there was a quotes thread! It seems there's no rhyme or reason as to which threads they delete here.
I started watching season 3 again today (my favorite season), and Carl had one of the funniest lines ever! When trying to describe Emmett and Ted to Debbie: "That swish stick, and the one that looks like an accountant". Spot on, Lt. Horvath!
1. Melanie (When She and ted meet Emmett's date when he tries to be straight) : While you're at it, why don't you as the wizard for a brain?"
2. Emmett (In george's limo) : Ugh enough with the reality programming. Can't anyone write a decent drama anymore?
3. Brian: What are you doing? Justin: Giving my friend Daphne a tour of your house. Brian: This isn't the White House. George Washington hasn't slept here. Justin: He's the only guy who hasn't.
4. Brian: Don't get yourself all worked up. Michael: I'm half Italian and half drag queen. I'm allowed to get worked up.
5. Debbie: Hi, honey. What are you doing here? Michael: Uncle Vic asked me to bring some rope to tie you down. Debbie: Kinky.
6. Justin (to Brian) : well I know how much she (Debbie) wants to be a gay man but is it wise to encourage her?
Farts are like children. I'm proud of mine and disgusted by yours.
I was just re-watching Season 4, Ep 4 today, and here's some great banter between Brian and Ted (Brian is trying to get Ted to come and work for him at his new ad agency):
Brian: Listen to me. Are you listening? You may be a pathetic drug addict who's lost everything... your dignity, your livelihood, your lover, your good name, the respect and trust of everyone you know...
