Which is more funny: it crowd or black books?

Im a it crowd fan. I started watching black books I'm the hope that it'll be as funny an witty as the crowd, but it isn't.

It's more like Faulty towers set in a book shop. Different kind of comedy, black books has some classic episodes (Fran learning piano, the grapes of the rose bush) and some really poor ones too (Bernard's summer girl friend and the holiday)
But as with all things, comedy is subjective - still worth a watch in my view!

Black Books for sure.

Gotta go I.T Crowd. I didn't mind Black Books but I.T made me laugh louder and more consistently.

Black Books. IT Crowd had some clever moments but I never really got into the characters or the situation. The only characters I really liked was Douglas Reynholm. And even he was only good in small doses.

Whereas very few bookshops are like Black's, all IT people are like Roy and Moss. It was like watching a documentary that was made where I work.

My Chimp DNA seems to have lost its password temporarily. Sluggr-2

IT Crowd is funnier but I miss Black Books more. Weird.

Too different to compare.

I've watched all twenty-five episodes of "The IT Crowd", and only two of "Black Books". So far, "Black Books shows promise, but is not nearly as good as "The IT Crowd".
