Why was Mike so compelled to listen to the tapes? I can understand being curious. But it became an obsession with him. There were a few examples of this, but the most outrageous was when they were actively looking for Hank. Hank was supposed to be long gone, but then mysteriously appears. They're trying to track him down and then...
Nah, I'm going to go down into the tunnels to listen to more tapes. What? Why? He's not even remotely curious about Hank at that point?
