Horrible movie, or maybe i had high expectations.

Was on the board of V/H/S and people were talking bout the scariest movies they ever watched, few mentioned Session 9 and i never heard of it so i downloaded it and wasted 1:40 minutes of my life. What the *beep* is this *beep* ? So the storyline is "A guy goes nuts and kill everybody" + horrible acting, amateurish camera handling, and i still can't stop laughing over the scene where they zoom at the ginger head's face and he goes like "*beep* you" the director must be out of his mind for putting this scene. Things moved very slowly, everything was so draining and boring was about to start skipping through the movie out of boredom. How can someone find this scary or decent ?
