Sheesh what a bitty about her office hours. She's sitting in her office doing nothing and a student comes in looking for advice or help and she's just like "PISS OFF! COME BACK DURING OFFICE HOURS!"

Shes not really doing nothing, she was working. And it is annoying for a lecturer to have a student come in when its not their office hours.

I got the impression that she thought that Bollinger followed her and had more questions to ask her. She didn't want to deal with him, so she shouted about the office hours. She did apologize to the girl.

I never actually thought about it that way... could be right, although she also yelled at Steven when he came to talk to her in her office too
shareI'm glad that I attended a college at which this didn't happen. For the most part, you could go to the office anytime and if the professor was in, he would talk with you. I had a senior-level math course that had two people in it. :)

Lucky... for my uni we had to make appointments to see our professors... can't just walk it.
shareI think the biggest thing about her was her obsession with Rose Red. The character was not very tactful when it came to people she dealt with unless she wanted something from them.
