Annie vs Carrie

In a battle of psychic powers, I believe Annie would crush Carrie.

Personally I think Carrie would probably win, she has a lot more pain and anger to use. Although I doubt they would fight, they would probably be like best friends :P

If Carrie did have enough strength to beat Annie whether it was based on pain and anger or not, she would've take her mom out on day one, as soon as she discovered she had special powers.

They are running neck to neck as far as their powers are concerned.

Why must everything be a contest? Neither of them were evil or fueled to harm others. Carrie just lost control and Annie was an autistic girl being used by the house.

Carrie can stop someone's heart.

I've never seen Annie shown that sort of precision and skill with her powers.

Plus Carrie did things reflexively, almost instinctively, so I'd say she's got the faster reflexes as well. In a fight, a bloodlusted Carrie would just think "Heart Stop" or "Brain Explode" or "Neck snap", and it'll be over in a second.
