I saw a very awsome video for this movie and at the end it should Paul Bettany stabbed- I'd like to know if he dies in this movie

You're right: Paul Bettany's character dies at the end of the movie. He is stabbed by Lord de Guise, played (badly) by Vincent Cassel.

Yes, it happens exactly as you said: Lord de Guise stabs Nicholas at the very end of their conversation and Nicholas walks out of the church deadly wounded.

Actually, that was the only complaint I had about the movie. When the priest is stabbed and dies at the end, he really draws it out way too long. I thought he was never gonna die!
