In the movie it shows Defoe's character doing some acrobatic and contortionist movements. Was that Willem?
sharei doubt he can stretch that much. but if he can, then i'd have to say im impressed.

My friend who owned a video store for ten years says the scene is choppy, which means they're playing it back faster than it was recorded.

but that's done for a number of reasons.
Yeah, that whole sequence with the actors getting ready and DaFoe doing his yoga was not played in real time; for effect. It gave the whole sequence a dream-like quality.
