Lord De Guise seduces Nicholas? (warning: SPOILERS)
WARNING: SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE BELOW.
It's obvious enough that De Guise likes the look of Nicholas on some level or other, but near the end of the film, when he leans in to tell Nicholas why he did what he did ("because I wanted to; and because I... could"), I thought for a moment that Nicholas, who closes his eyes and falls into his embrace, was succumbing to some weird allure that he thinks De Guise has. Afterward, it was made clear that he was actually killing Nicholas at this point, but during the scene itself, it wasn't clear at all. D'you think it was *supposed* to look like some sort of seduction, or was it inadvertent...?
