Diferences in the note scene?
Maybe im remembering things wrong but i watched this movie for the first time in 2002 in DVD and i remember we never see the content of the letter Michael deliver to Tony Calvino in the night club in the scene Tony watch the letter reacted nervously try to kill Michael, Michael kill him and the bodyguard take the note and read it react surprised but never show the content of the note, today's i watched this movie in bluray and we see the letter and says "kill michael sullivan and all debt are cover" wich botter me because i love this movie and back in 2002 i watched it several times included with the directors comentary and i remember Sam Mendes talking about this in particular saying it was intentional not showing the letter because the audiences dint need to know what the letter say, because it was imply
So i dont know if im remembering all wrong or maybe Mendes explain in the comentary he dint want to show the letter but the producers force him to put it in the scene and that coment make me remember like the letter was never shown in the DVD version
Is a silly thing but really botters me
