Cake
In the scene where Hal's coworkers bring him his birthday cake, it's totally messed up. First Rosemary takes a huge piece, we see the cake missing a huge chunk missing with the knife lying long way down. Then we see huge chunk still missing with knife up. Then we see the cake again with a smaller chunk missing with knife kind of stuck in the cake. That's a huge blooper.
