Nah...they tried...to make a TNG version of The Wrath of Khan. Unfortunately they didn't have an actual villain that anyone cared about. Or anything original for that matter.

"Oh no...they sent the wrong Spock!"

star trek III is a good movie , star trek V is good but just isnt dramatic enough and has plot holes, star trek TMP is a good atmospheric film its just slow

"sticks and stones may brake my bones but whips , chains, leather and tight pvc excite me"

To be fair I would call it the second best TNG film after FIRST CONTACT, and better than any of the odd numbered films of the Original Series' films with perhaps the exception of SEARCH FOR SPOCK.

I dont even think of it as an Odd Movie Curse, I just didnt like any of the TNG films.

This one was especially bad cuz it broke canon on all levels. And was insulting to the fans. And was mediocre entertainment for casual viewers. And was full of plot holes. And had pointless action scenes. And ham-handed sentimentality.
