If they fired the exhaust-seeking torpedo after burrito night aboard the Enterprise, it might hone in on Worf after he drops one of his gas-bombs.

Well at one point Geordie says 'His cloak is perfect; no tachyon emissions, no residual antiprotons' so I guess that particular trick was out of play.
